Booking terms
Simple payment
No deposit. Pay cash after the trip is completed. Listed prices are the same in either direction.
Pickup and night service
No pickup-area surcharge within a listed route and no additional night-service fee. Tips are optional and never required.
Stops and sightseeing
One additional stop is IDR 50,000. A transfer with sightseeing may last up to 8 hours for one route.
Flexible cancellation
Cancellation is free. As a courtesy to your driver, please let us know at least one day before pickup whenever possible.
Child seat
A child seat is available on request. Please include the child’s age when booking so availability can be confirmed.
